1st Camping trip under our belts!

Finally took our brand new Roo out for the weekend. I'd have to say it went really well. What a difference going from a pop up to a hybrid. Oh the amenities, lol. We have to take the trailer back into the dealership as one of the bunk ends hinges are coming unhinged, a little disappointing but nothing that can't be fixed. The only other thing I noticed was one of the speakers rattles when you play music which drives me nuts but Chris told me it's an easy fix. I have to say the best part of the weekend was having 8 little kids watching a movie at the end of the evening in their pj's enjoying themselves. Oh the memories my kids will have. LOVE IT!!!

Happy Camping everyone.

8 kids? Tell me you have a 233s.

You noticed the speaker rattle over the craptacular sound of the speakers? I found a pair of $45 speakers that don't sound great but are better than what came in the trailer before we went on our first trip. I could not stand the factory speakers. Paper cone trash. I also discovered that the shallow foam surrounded holes in the ceilings don't make anything close to good speakers boxes, which is also the problem.

I want to change the outdoor ones too but they do sound better than the indoor ones did.

Too much of my own personal ranting. I have to agree, compared to a popup, the Rockwood Hybrid is a palace.

I have 3 kids, one was not there as she's a teenager and way to cool to camp with us, and the rest of the kids were friends over for a movie, then they all went to their own trailers. LOL.
