2000 roo low water pressure to cold water

I have a 2000 roo, I'm trying to sanitize the water system, I have filled the holding tank opened the faucets and let the air out of the lines. I closed the faucets, when I turned on the cold water in the kitchen I had very low water pressure, it works fine in the bathroom sink and tub, any suggestions on what could be going on and how to fix it.

Take the aerator off the faucet and clean it out and throw the metal disc in the trash.

I have taken it off, is there a water filter some where, the pressure is fine in the other faucets, just not the cold water in the kitchen
