Well fellow campers its finally done. The big remodel that took much longer than expected. We have replaced all roof ply, ceiling has been done in MDF. Addedwood 2x4's in a few locations for roof suport. Added 2x2 tube steel to fix roof sag at a/c. All new subfloors, cork board flooring and rebuilt fridge cabinet and kitchen cabinet. Also added LED strip lighting with push button dimmer in 4 areas. Installed and wired 3 additional convenience outlets.
I am possibly looking to sell and get another project camper. If anyone could give me a legitimate possible value it would be helpful.

Have you checked NADA?
Sorry to say but you won't get any extra value for the work you've done.
Not for a 16 year old hybrid.
But since you're out West, where good used hybrids are rare, you might get NADA average retail for it.
NADA range is $3900 to $4680.
Don't add value for things that are standard or forced options.
Like a/c, furnace, stereo, awning and so on.

Also all seems have been sealed with eterna nond tape. All old caulking removed and recaulked with either Dicor or ProFlex depending on location. Here are the finished photos. Just did our maiden voyagr from Arizona to Minnesota and spent 5 days. Currently heading back to AZ.
