2006 Roo 233 - front bunk leak and floor damage advice

The front bunk looks like it has leaked for a while and the floor in front of it is now spongy and in a few spots has dents from walking. It's likely rotted and I'm hoping it hasn't gone too far. I want to repair it myself and remove the front bunk door, the dinette benches and coach then pull up the floor. I know the floor is 3/16 plywood sandwiching some foam ... So hoping I can simply pull the top layer and replace.

I'm also hoping to take the opportunity to put some rubber under the pump to help dampen the noise and improve overall stability anywhere I can while I have this section opened up.

I was wondering if anyone has tackled this before and has any advice or documentation that would help me out.

I will also document what I do for others benefit.

Thanks
