2012 233s rear bed. A new adventure

Opened rear tent end and found water. (both kids tend to share the side bunk so we dont open the rear much). Also noticed the rivets holding the canvas to the laminate on the inside base of the tent end are pulling up. Lastly, the mattress surface of the tent end is about 11/2 inches lower than the laminate base which makes for an unlevel sleeping surface.

Are other people's tent end all flush with the interior laminate cabinets?

Fortunately I bought an extended warranty and will be contacting Ruffs RV when I return.

Bleh! I just got a sick feeling in my gut reading that. So sorry to hear the news. I’ve read thru many of your posts and your long vacation last summer out west. Much better days than today. My Roo is coming in 6 days and my only real concern is (drum roll) water in those bunk ends. Bleh! It definitely has to be an engineering problem.

en’gi’neer’ing
The branch of science and technology concerned with the design, building, and use of engines, machines, and structures.

Which of the three is at fault here…design..building..or..use. Please post here what you discover when you get back home. Until then may you not see anymore unwanted water in that camper!

Weather was sunny and breezy. Had to buy a sweatshirt at Epcot. Perfect temperature. Ran into a bunch of people from my home town. Turns out my daughter's future high school was performing at Epcot today.

Back bed is now dryad set up so the dd's can be separated.

Most uneventful and least adventuresome day yet. I could use another like this tomorrow.
