2012 Rockwood Roo Owners Manual?
Hello, I am a new owner of a 2012 Rockwood Roo 21SS. When I purchased it I asked the seller if he had an owners manual and he said I could find one online.
Searching the internet and these forums it appears that there is no 'owners manual' for my 2012 21SS. The Rockwood website has online manual's for 2015 and newer but looking through those they are mostly generic.
Is there anyplace to get my hands on real information on my trailer? Things like max water pressure for external water, how to open the range hood outside exhaust door, Plumbing and wiring diagrams, Parts lists, and any number of other useful things?
Thanks,
Scott

They are all generic....Range hood exhaust outside vent will have 2 tabs on lower corners, rotate them and if cover stuck shut, a small screwdriver will open it...Don't forget to rematch it, or it will disappear unless you pull the assemblymanthe off and add two smaller hinges ........About 55max on water pressure

Thanks for the reply Bob. That answers my immediate questions. Too bad Rockwood doesn't produce a manual. Seems like most of the time I need one I am out of range of any kind of internet access.

Welcome to the Forum and camping!
I have a 2014 Flagstaff 30WIKSS and this is the manual that is generic but gives as much info as any. None are very detailed and they do not change very much. I printed what we might need and put it in a binder.

Manuals? They don't need no stinkin' manuals!
Unfortunately, what I've seen that tries to pass for manuals has been pathetic. As others have said, they are very generic and not really much use. We have had two Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite trailers, and I have not seen a decent manual; the best written information was in the separate, individual equipment instructions. Certainly there was nothing to point out things like hidden fuse/s tucked away in the wiring behind the entertainment center...had to find that myself. This forum really is one of the best resources I've seen, along with whatever tips can be gotten from other campers or folks in the dealers' service departments.

I also agree! Manuel's are more like a sales brochure.
And it seems the wiring is not always logical.
They never mention the Cable/Antenna button in the TT to change from antenna and cable. Just found that after about a year! LOL Don't watch tv much!
Sticking together to inform each other, is our defense against the 'slap it together and get it out the door' manufacturing. One would think that
with the high prices we pay, they would come with all detailed schismatics
of all components. Most dealers don't even have the info. Customer service is lacking and we are blessed to be do it "yourselfers" (is that a new word?) and dive in to get the job done. That can be dangerous in unknown territory!
Thankful for this forum!

I asked at the dealer about wiring diagrams. They hedged, and hedged, and finally quietly confessed that they don't have any. As someone who works on this kind of thing for airplanes, I'm still appalled.
