2013 21ss door problem

We have a new 21ss and have to slam the door in order to shut it. Does anyone else have this issue? Is it because of the resistance from the hydralic hindge?

We have that problem, too! I do think it is the resistence from the hinge. It also seems to be somewhat difficult to open (you have to really pull on the handle to open the door - my kids think we keep locking them out)!

We have the same problem with our 2013 Mini Lite. Dealer can't seem to be able to fix it. It sounds based on previous posts about the problem like a little WD40 would help.

The door frame is crooked and binding. Our door screen hit bottom on left side and right side was 1 inch higher. The dealer put in new door and made sure it was straight and door closes much better. The newer 2013 and half door has a large sweep I was suppose to get that about a inch and a half. 0 adjustments can be done on door and screen if under warranty get new door if not start playing but be careful.

Ours has gotten better with the last 2 camping trips. I think our had more to do with it just being new and everyone needing to get used to it (and the door just needing to be used)!
