The only thing we have planned so far is the Grand Canyon, South rim in the spring. But I am sure we will find some other places to visit, we plan to continue our exploration of the New Mexico State Parks system.

Next year we're hosting my elderly mum for a month while she comes over from the UK. During this time we are planning to take her back to see 'Old Faithfull'. On both legs of the journey we will look at stopping near the Flathead Lake, MT and Glacier NP.
She came over a couple of years ago with my dad, six months before he passed. It had been his first visit back then but both he and mum loved the time they spent in YNP. Just hope the weather plays nice next June/July.
Mum just loves 'caravaning' as she will insist on calling it. Hopefully, she'll also like the new 8315BSS.

Will be at the Beach for Veteran's Day weekend. And what's this concern about those of us in the South in July? Again just go to the beach with an ocean breeze and a cold drink. AC and pool also helps!

Second star to the right, and straight on 'til morn. Not far from the truth. We seem to spend a fair amount of time travelling at night so we can get a full day in in the morning.

We winterized, but went the "blowout" route so we can more easily head out for our last trip of the year to Zion over Thanksgiving...

Next year's hit parade will include: Buffalo Creek, Curt Gowdy, Fruita, Vernal UT, and hopefully the Black Hills.

My inconclusive travel plans 2013

I have been in many places, but I've never been in Cahoots.

Apparently, you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone.

I've also never been in Cognito. I hear no one recognizes you there.

I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport; you have to be driven there.

I have made several trips there, thanks to my friends, family and work.

I would like to go to Conclusions, but you have to jump, and I'm not too much on physical activity anymore.

I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go, and I try not to visit there too often.

I've been in Flexible, but only when it was very important to stand firm.

Sometimes I'm in Capable, and I go there more often as I'm getting older.

One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense!

It really gets the adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart!

At my age I need all the stimuli I can get!

I may have been in Continent, and I don't remember what country I was in. It's an age thing.

As Micniganders, we love the Mackinaw City area but we did that this year. So, we are doing Soo Ste. Marie for the 4th, Grand Haven, Port Crescent and a couple other larger trips. This doesn't count weekenders..lol!

You should try being in Debt. You seem to end up very popular there because people are always calling you on the phone.

At a minimum:

6 trips to Camp Lejeune, NC for work (RV park on base has the Atlantic Ocean on one end, and the IntraCoastal Waterway on the other) - 5 nights each

5 trips to Fort Meade, MD for Navy Football season...

That's 40 nights so far. Nothing else planned, we'll see what the future holds...

Hey from Michigan too! Go Tigers!!!
We're seasonal west of Ann Arbor, East of Jackson. We'll be staying there almost full time starting around May 1st till Mid October.
We're planning a U.P. tour in August---Millcreek (my fav too), Taqamina falls,
Pictured Rocks, and Lake of the Clouds in the porcupine mnts, then on the way back, Sleeping Bear Dunes and some wine touring on Leelanau Penn;
10 days, tenting it as we don't want to drag our 34' TT all around the state.
Actually looking forward to getting back to earth.
Lynn and Mike
p.s. DH's Sister lives with her family in S. Lyon. Go Tigers!!!! In the fall, I plan to be at the Detroit World Series Championship Parade and downtown Party!!!!!

Leaving on our first outing Friday for a few days to make sure all is well. Home for a week then off on a nine week trip. Beach then north to Ohio Amish area, Cleavland and Cincy for some baseball and on to Renfro Valley for some bluegrass. Turn left and back to beaches for a month. Ready to go!
