2013 Plans?

As most of our camper are now winterized, what plans do you have for 2013? We built and moved into our house this year, so camping wasn't a priority, but next year is going to be different. We'll be going to our regular July 4th spot, Mackinaw Mill Creek in Michigan and then in October will be at Disney's Fort Wilderness for Halloween.

Our plans are for Gulf Shores, AL in March and part of April, a trip to colorado in June, The FROG rally in August, and then Yellowstone/Tetons in August/September. There will be other camping trips throughout the 2013 season.

We really would like to be able to go to st Anthony Idaho to the sand dunes with our new toy hauler. We have been there three other trips and would love to be able to just stay at the dunes. We will have to see what happens next year.

Visiting the ponies at Assateague in the spring (boondocking), a "business conference" (for a week, same time as my birthday) near Rhinebeck, NY (Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome), trip to Lancaster County PA (trains, amusement parks, shopping outlets, oh my) and any other long weekend, going somewhere with a beach.

We are winterized, but will camp out in the yard a couple of times for the kids. Hot cider and smores by the fire ring.

Since I posted this in the ROO section, and I know quite a few of us winterized recently, I was referring to them. ;-)

Those of us up here in the northern States and Canada envy you guys this time of year, but not when you're enduring 100 deg + temps in the summer! It's hockey season now here in Canada!

For 2013, a trip to the east coast provinces is in our plans.

We are hoping to go to the FROG Rally in Goshen, I would LOVE to go to a DOG (Dutch Oven Gathering) and a trip south to Louisiana! Other trips on the weekends close by!!! By the time we winterize we will have spent 58 days in our RV ... not too bad considering work gets in our way full time!

We'll do most of the same places as this year here in MI. Whitewater twp park in elk rapids, river valley in gladwin, walden woods in hartland, yogi bear in grayling, moo pine acres in mio, and the state park in caseville. That's all we have planned so far.
