2013 Roo windows leaking

Just took our 2013 Roo 23ss for her maiden voyage and it mostly went really well. I know this is a trailer we will love for many years. One day it poured... I mean 18 hours of non-stop downpour. We have one small dribble that I had already identified and I think I can fix with a little caulking or silicone where the front bed canvas connects to the trailer. However, we noticed that the side windows in the bunk ends are a different material than the rest of the canvas and while they worked okay for a while, once they were saturated the rain just poured in. I'm assuming these were water proof at one point in time, but with a 7 year old trailer, the resistance isn't as good as it once was. Is there a product or hybrid hack that I should know about? We were looking at the Kiwi tent spray just for those side windows. Anyone have experience with this issue and care to help a new hybrid-owner out? Thanks in advance!

from what i remember, the windows are regular canvas, not the vinylized canvas of the tent end.
so some Scotchgard might do the trick.

Vanns waterproof. If the sides are plain canvas duck, this stuff is still the best. Smells like good old canvas tent when your done, but won't leak.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll read more about each. I've read post after post on here and it feels like so much conflicting information, and I'm trying really hard to not cause more damage. I think we caused the issue, or at least made it worse, trying to clean mildew spots off of the canvas and using harsh cleaners, (which didn't even take the mildew off and now it looks splotchy and stained) so now I'm wondering if I should just go all out trying to get it clean, then reseal with one of the above products? I moved up from a 1995 pop up and thought this was going to be easier!

YES you are on the right track... harch cleaners DO WORK... I insist on using the best that I have found, from Home Depot. MOLD ARMOR 2X...

Wear old clothes as this is essentially bleach... soak the canvas, both sides... entire canvas will bleach clean white in 10 minutes. I like to dry in the sun. Then use a good quality water-proofing, again on both sides on the CANVAS tent ends ONLY... not the vinyl top.

I bleach as necessary, even use it on the vinyl tent threads and corners in warm/moist times when black mold will start overnight... then hit with another layer of 303 on the outside only as necessary.

The canvas WILL wick dampness in sustained rains to the inside if the 303 has not been re-done in some time. So keep bed clothes AWAY from those canvas ends.
