2015 Shamrock 21BD Entry Door

Need some help with current owners.

I attached photos of two brackets that I have found on the ground
and one that hit my wife's head while entering the entry door. I am
hoping that they were suppose to be loose to help adjust the door
when being installed. I looked all over the door and frame and have
found no screw holes where they might have come from.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Looks like a trim piece from the end of a track or molding. I looked all around my DK and don't see anything like it near the door area or on the awning. the only place I could guess would be the end of the awning channel, but ours has the extension gutters
