But you wouldn't want to use those steps off the deck and you would want to be pretty careful of how well you chocked your trailer.

Actually, if I owned this maybe I would forget to do it and it accidentally have take a tumble on that pretty white picket fence.

Hey you can't fault FR for trying. I am sure we have all seen those motor coaches with the portal fences sounding their site for their dogs.

I am sure this was the target group rather than the leave it to beaver group.

I can say the space might be handy for little dogs or my 10 month old son. But that being said I still would not buy one! I might have rented one for a trip, but never own one.

You guys shouldn't laugh too hard. Except for the white picket fence, it's really not much different than this:

But the difference here is you are not towing an empty patio. This at least looks like a toy hauler so it would serve a purpose. Anyway alway interesting what manufacturers try.

KC,

Nailed it! At least the toy hauler is making use of its huge ramp/ rear wall.

yea, the 183RD was FR using the front deck from their toyhauler hybrids and putting it on the rear. it also eliminated the third rear bunk that it normally had.

I aint gonna lie...if i had the truck to pull it I would love that toy hauler and i would definitely want the patio to go with it. There is a fine line between crazy ideas and brilliant ones.

Looks like the new bathrooms on all Roos has the new showers with the curved showers door. As a result the wardrobe has been rotated to face forward.

Additionally the entertainment center has been moved to form a wall for the front bunk.

The 23ikss and the larger units have the new large pantry with the full size door and glass window. I have seen the pantry on the larger 2016 TT & 5wheels as well!
