2016 v 2017 Roo 233S Question

Did anyone else notice that the cabinet overhead the dinette in the slide in the 2016 version of the 233s appears to be wider than the 2017 & 2018 models?

The 2016 goes the complete width of the slide with three doors while the newer ones appear to be 6 inches shorter on each end and has only 2 doors...

???

I don't have cabinets over my dinette. I have a 2013 Roo. Would be something nice to have either way. I've been looking into building them myself.

Yes, in 2015 they changed it a bit. Added the cabinet, put in a glass door for the shower and moved the cabinet just outside the bathroom inside the bathroom as a towel cabinet, making the bathroom a little bigger. They also rearranged the kitchen a bit, moving the microwave and adding a cabinet there. All in all, good improvements.
But in 2017, they either shrunk the overhead dinette cabinet or made the slide bigger?

My earlier 16' doesn't have a cabinet over the dinette, it has some things in the corners.

Late 16' the bathroom was changed and maybe some of the above post covers this "I'm not sure" but the changes happened LATE 16' model for sure!!!!!

Not sure how to say this, but model year and year the trailer is made is different, if that makes since, my 16' was made in early 15' but is a 16' model.

Yeah, we specifically want the newer bathroom and cabinetry upgrades. Like you said, yours must have been made on the '15 plans.

It appears then that we want a late model '16, not early '16 or early '17! Pretty narrow window I think we have one tracked down though!

Myself, I would prefer to build them as well - more fun that way! But I wonder if Forest River could sell you a set, heck, might cost less than doing it yourself.
