21ss mods

My wife was at work today so I did some more work on the trailer.

(Have to wait until she is out to tinker otherwise I never hear the end of the eye rolling!)

Today I added an illuminated switch to power up the hot water heater instead of the stupid spot in the heater housing!

Other refinements include camco tornado for the black tank.
Frame to support bike rack on the tongue,
Lend a hand grab handle,
Shortened up excess space on spare tire holder to get rid of vibration,

Of course there are the usual hooks, and a stream light rechargeable flashlight.
I figure as long as my mods make sense and don't destroy the trailer, I can keep it up!

The rack is a sportrack 2 bike from Canadian Tire, the bracket is homemade. Looked at others ideas and went from there.

Wife is at work, I am on leave. That can only mean one thing.
MODS!
This morning, I have added an amber marker light behind the trailer steps.
Until I get a chance to add full led string below awning, this will light the stairs nicely to avoid tripping.

Wired into exterior porch light switch.
Running the wire is a bit of a hassle, but it is worth it not to have another switch added somewhere.

Still going;

Relocated fresh tank drain to make it a bit easier to get to.
Also locked our torsion bar helper in the bike rack using a 5/15" locking detent pin.

Red suspenders, do you happen to have pics of how your rack is mounted to the A frame? I had something similar on my popup (trading it this saturday for a Roo 23SS) and would love to do this to the ROO.

As requested.

The main frame parts are bolted around the tongue, then there is a support that rests on top of propane tank support bolt.

Thanks for the pictures, thats interesting. I think I can modify that to fit my needs but I dont have a welder, have to go old school. BIG BOLTS.

Any issues with the tank cover and getting it open with the support in there?

Have to remove the support to access tanks. Not bad though as it is only held in place with the two pins on the rack.
