23 Roo gutters for bunk ends

Does anyone recommend mods for the bunk ends to prevent leaks?

I know everyone that has done the PVC mod has generally felt it was well worth it. Logically it makes a lot of sense to me so I plan to do it.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. Are you talking about when they are open or closed? The PVC mod is for when they are closed and involves cutting a hose or 1 1/4" PVC pipe. I can help dig up the threads if that is the case.

If you are talking about when they are open, I haven't really heard many issues happening there after the initial canvas seasoning so not really aware of any mods needed.

I used 5/8 inch garden hose instead of PVC. It is easier to cut and store. It does not come off during travel. I have used this method for 2 years and LOVE it!!

I had the dealer install guttering similar to the side gutters, complete with mini downspouts. Works great. Water running off roof hits the gutters and is diverted.

Interesting...pretty set on the PVC/hose mod as it covers the seal but that would sure me less work. Was it expensive?
