23IKSS AC vent issue

I fired up the ac in my 2016 23IKSS the other day and noticed that the two vents closest to the unit (one on each side) are hardly pushing any air. The vents further away seem fine. I didn't take notice to it at the dealer. Any chance there was something left ip their from the factory on accident that could be blocking the flow?

Also how do the vents come out of the ceiling? Thanks in advance.

You may be surprised what you find when you pull the vents. use a razor knife to trim excess foam and foil tape to seal holes.

Odd that the closest vents are the poorest; it's usually the other way around. You might want to drop the inside cover from the AC and look at the actual openings from the cold air plenum into the ducts. They are often very small. You have to cut out some foam to enlarge the opening.
