23IKSS Frame and Kitchen Slide Issue

I was under my 2015 23IKSS this weekend doing PM and notices a serious, well I think its serious, issue. The welds that attach the bracket that holds the left front stabilizer to the frame were all broken. All the other three looked fine. It was already due to go to the service center for other warranty items particularly the kitchen slide out arm that carries the gas and electric lines has broken where it attaches to the slide. I asked the service Tech to give the frame a good going over.
It is worth the time it takes to take a look at those two.

Good catch !! It's surprising how many people do not go over their trailer each year looking for stuff like that, welds, caulking, seals etc..
