Yup, mine too and same problem. I probably could have had it warranted but I hate my dealer so much I just went ahead and bought a new one. Great deal on Amazon. And... when it arrived I found packed in with the power jack was a waterproof cover. It's like a bag and you slip it over the jack and pull the cord tight at the bottom. And they re-designed the top of the unit so even if the gasket is not on there, it has a lip now which prevents the water from easily dripping in.
Honey Bear. Stayed there for 3 nights summer before last. They try hard, they really do but the grounds are a mess. Road, what road. They have to personally guide every trailer in to park because of that. Watch out. Also a fair amount of full timers there and they are not in the upper class. But parts of it are really nice and if you get that, all is well.
