23IKSS Question about Maintenance

Ok so not new to camping but new to 2015 Roo. Is there anything besides blowing the lines, adding antifreeze before winter and draining Hot water heater you have to do on a yearly maintenance? Do you have to do anything with the furnace, fridge or AC?

I bought a grease gun for the wheel bearings. I am planning on getting an Adco cover for the harsh NJ winters we sometimes get.

I blow out the water lines in the fall and spring when I camp, empty and wash all tanks also have heated tanks on my 2015

Anything else I should add to my To Do List?

Hopefully your dealer went over some important maintenance steps with you but a few important tasks:
- clean and protect your rubber roof. I do it 2x a year
- climb up on the roof with caulk and seal anything that would let water in
- use something to keep the seals on the slides and bunks conditioned. You don't want them drying out.
- use a dry lube on the slide gears/tracks and also on other moving parts like the steps, stabilizer jacks, etc. Grease will attract dirt. Dry lube won't.
- check tire pressure and look for signs of wear or cracking before every trip
- when not using it, keep a container of that damp-rid in there to absorb any moisture

I'm sure there are lots more but those are some of the biggies. Hope it helps.

Anyone know the exact height or a 23IKSS Roo? I know FR states it is 9'7" but I assume you have to add another foot for the AC, I have the Coleman Mach version of an AC unit

I got one sitting in the driveway and went out and measured it (just because I never thought to check the exact height) and I get 10' 8" with the A/C. I have always figured it to be under 11ft but I didn't think it was that close.

I'm using 10'6" as a measurement in my RV GPS for our 23IKSS. I did my best to measure the height and that's what I came up with. To be honest though if I was going under something that was marked 11' or less I would be sure to have a spotter watching just to be sure.

According to the MFG of the Coleman Mach AC it is 12" so add that to Roo height of 9'7" I am going with 11' just to be safe but nice to see all the input so thanks to all

So we have votes for 10'6", 10'7" and one for 10'8". Yeah, anything under 11' and I will be ducking. All kidding aside, thanks for posting your measurements. I didn't have 100% faith in my mine so this info is helpful.
