And in the 11th hour ....

We finally have our 233s home and starting to pack it up! We purchased it new on March 23rd. It was home for a week and then off to a dealer for warranty work (3 new bed doors & mattresses along with a variety of small issues). Finally heard that the doors came in last Thursday and they "promised" we would have it for the weekend. And guess what? They were right!!! Pulled it home this afternoon! Can't wait as we leave tomorrow for our first weekend trip.
"Snaps" to Horns RV in Sheboygan for taking care of all the issues for us even though they are not a Roo dealer and we didn't buy from them. Nicely done!

You from Sheboygan? We're from Plymouth. Where you headed this weekend? They said they'd service our TT also, even though we didn't buy from them. Stand up guys!!!

We are actually from Grafton. Bought our 1st camper from them (we are on our 3rd). We are heading up to Harrington Beach this weekend. Close to home as we always forget stuff and the kids need to be back for the Memorial Day Parade on Monday.

We haven't been there yet. We'll be staying there for a week in October. Can't get into our favorite park, High Cliff. It is becoming more and more difficult to get reservations there.

Hope you have a great weekend!! We're headed to Sheboygan Marsh Park; only a short jaunt from our house.

Glad to hear you got your 23SS back from the dealer in time for the 3 day weekend. Hope you enjoy your stay at Harrington Beach.

Don't you wish all dealers would be like this?
What many dealers don't seem to understand is that Service above and beyondat this point even if you didn't purchase it there, doesn't mean you won't reflect upon that fact the next time you are looking for a new unit...

We have a FR dealer here that if I moved from Calgary and had the trailer out there they wouldn't service a nut and bolt on it if it fell of in their lot. They gotta remember that next unit we purchase won't be from their lot due to poor service. It costs noting to be positive and help people out. Especially with warranty work that gets billed directly to the company.
