Pay attention to these VERY important words!
Many make the mistake of thinking... "We've waited so long for it to get here we just want to use it." or "oh, I'll get it fixed after we use it a few times to see what else might be wrong."
Nothing sours the new buying experience like getting out there on the first trip and finding problems. And, do not be afraid to ask questions if you don't understand how something operates.
I am absolutely blown away by the number of posts on this forum from owners that don't have a clue how some of their basic RV 101 systems work.
You will receive very little in the way of manuals so be prepared to ask your dealer questions (as often as necessary during the PDI) to help you understand what to do, like if a slide won't extend/retract, or how to dump your tanks, etc. Hopefully your dealer is competent, they can be your friend, use them to your advantage.
Finally, come here for some of the best advice known to mankind.
