I cut one on my table saw and one on my vertical band saw. Couldn't figure out how to hold them in the horizontal band saw.

That's all you need to cut is that little angle in the back?

It's all I needed to get them to fit on mine. I have since taken a belt sander and smoothed the corners to make them look better. LOL

I will be using them on a 2016 shamrock 233s. What do you have?

So you probably have a wider gap in between your tires

Sorry for the delayed reply. I was fishing for trout in the mountains. 😁

I used a small circular saw to cut them. The circular saw has the ability to pivot the deck for cutting at various angles. It worked well for the rough cut. To clean it up I used a grinding wheel. Not the best tool for the job but it worked. A belt sander would be better if you have one.

OldCoot's method was the one I followed. Notching the corner is the key to not having to trim too much off the small end.

The old post showing the notch was good stuff! I used an oscillating tool and trimmed that corner down, as well as improving the front angle where I had shortened the length. Now my wife can get a leveler in the 2.5 inch space between the tires! This was a great find. Thanks.

I agree with everyone they are awesome. I did find a issue last year when we were pretty un-level from side to side and had to put a board under to raise them up. I keep 2- 2x10x4' in the truck just in case. When i tried backing up on them they started to slide on the board and we had troubles for it gripping on but after some work they finally went. This year I am going to add some of the grip tape to the boards to help with this.

The wife and I have a great system where she just grabs the level and in no time it is level! So much better than stacking boards or blocks.

Another option that is cheaper too is the Camco Levelers. The reason I bought these is due to the size. They fit nicely between the tires and raise them up to 4 inches. Just something to consider.

We used them last year and loved their smaller size for fitting in the space between the tires. However, we did find that the smaller size causes them to "bury" a bit in sandy soil. This year we'll cut a couple pieces of PT lumber and apply friction tape to keep the Camcos from burying.
