Any Other Winterization Needed?

Hi All,

I winterized the water system in my 06 23b, any other winterizing ideas or necessities?

Don't forget your outside sink, shower, etc. My buddy forgot to do his last year. I'll bet he don't do that again.

Hi. Remember to put a little antifreeze in the toilet bowls to prevent the seal from drying out. Also in the sink traps. I also put blue painters tape over all the floor registers. If mice do go into the camper they can't go in the ductwork and do what they do in there. Not what you want to be blowing around in your heat next year.

Thanks. I did hit the outdoor shower and added some antifreeze to toilet and tanks. Think I'll throw a couple mousetraps in there too.

Are you using straight antifreeze for winterizing?

Bounce dryer sheets inside, and moth balls underneath work good to keep mice away.

Are you purging with antifreeze?

Or just using a compressor to blow out the black tank rinse line?
