Anyone have a 2011 rockwood roo 21bh?

Hi there I just bought a 2011 rockwood roo 21bh and am so excited about it! Although we have walked through it, we have not picked it up yet because we are waiting for the owner to get the title from the bank, looks like Wednesday will be the big day. He only used it twice and is selling it to us for 8k cash, I feel like we are getting a great deal, it is perfect! We have always pop up camped and just sold our 2005 Starcraft centennial with a slide. I'm thrilled with all the storage space I will be gaining.

One thing I'm not thrilled about is the floor plan, I'm not wild on the dinette/sofa being right in front of the fold down bed. Anyone think this is an inconvenience to climb over? I'm hoping it won't be as big of a pain as I am imagining. Also, all the floor plans I have found show the fold down bed to be a queen at 60x80, but looking at in person it did not look that big at all? Are looks just deceiving on this bad boy? I can't wait to try a queen sheet on it and see what happens.

Is there anything else, fun little surprises that anyone can tell me that I probably don't know about? I can't wait for Wednesday to roll around! I've read a lot about the dinette table not being wonderful, what is the deal with this? The table was in a down position when we looked at the camper, but I did notice it had some kind of spring or hydraulic lift on it, different than any table we have ever had. They good or bad?

Thank you for any info you can provide!!

The "60 x 80 queen" in my 2012 Roo19 is actually 72 x 80. I've heard it called an "RV queen." False advertising by Forest River, IMO.
