Yes they will fix whatever within reason even if you are not the original owner. You may find that on some known issues they may cover repairs also. Never hurts to ask.

Thanks Phil, I wasn't sure. This might be an option for those with issues on their hybrids that don't live too far from northern Indiana. Just a thought.

I was the 2nd owner of my Roo so I had no factory warranty when this happened to me. Greg Rollins agreed to send me replacement bunk door "cores" at their cost. I just had to pay for labor for the installation at a local dealer.

It's unfortunate that I had the problem in the first place, but I was very satisfied with FR's goodwill gesture since I was the 2nd owner and they didn't have to do anything for me. My next unit will be a FR product.

That's what I understood, but living on the West Coast, we would never be able to take advantage of this.

thanks to everyone that posted - I am in the process of contacting them to get this fixed (I started documenting everything using video and photo's) - I will definitely post a follow up ... I am praying they stand behind their product and fix this!
