Now that we are retired, we would like to get in 100+ nights each year.

Not nearly as many as we would like. Our problem is I work for a railroad, whereas my wife has a "real job" (daylights with weekends off), so our days off don't always coincide. Only 15-20 years to retirement though, but who's counting?

We both have jobs, kids in schools and other activivities. Fairly busy, but still manage a respectable 60+/- each year. About 40 of those are in a large summer road trip.

Hmm... we are new to RV'ing but not camping. We might camp 7-10 days a year when tenting but I'm hoping to seriously increase that amount now that weather can't stop us. This year we've camped 4 days so far (that sounds terrible). We have 5 more days planned at the end of this month at Cades Cove in TN, and then 6 days in August planned in Myrtle Beach, SC. We have 2 more nights planned in May.

How do you all do it? My husband and I work full time, have a 10 year old in a variety of sports/activities and we live hundreds of miles away from family. That equates to having to go visit them a couple times a year. I want in on the secret!

We typically camp 100-150 days a year. just depends on when we can get out of Iowa as our kids all come home for Christmas every other year. "Christmas years" result in less camping days due to leaving home in Jan, in lieu of Nov in "non Christmas" years.

We only had the camper for 3 months last year so if you calculate for the year, 12 days for 3 months x 4 = 48 days.

This quarter we only got 4 days in so far, but I am certain by the end of the year we will surpass 48 days. If all goes to plan we should surpass 150 days.

My GF (soon to be wife) and I have 2 boys each all ranging from 19-24 so they are all grown up, she gets 9 weeks off and I get 5, we break up some days to make long weekends but do one 10 day trip a year around the Fourth of July, but we also try to do one real non camping vacation a year, so next year I hope to get a full 40 nights, this year we only have 29 booked can't do more.
