It works great. With canopies over the slide outs, there is no easy way to clean any debris or dirt that piles up from blowing wind or rain. IMO, the canopies are not worth the money.
Maybe I'm not understanding.
On our toppers, if there is leaves, limbs, water, etc, as the slide comes in, the topper rolls up with everything falling off as it rolls up. One time, a bird tried to build a nest on top of a slide(under the topper). Before leaving, I took my blower and blew the nest out.
When we get home from a trip, I wash everything off and let it dry before storing.
