Unless you'd be camping in a mud pit I doubt you'll need the feet and even if you thought the ground too soft, you could always put a small square wood block down.
I agree, foot not needed.

PVC aesthetically matches your trailer and will continue to look good, indefinitely.

Great Job!

Looks good dado. I was considering fabricating something but went with the OC brackets and used some old tent tension poles. I'm very happy with the simplicity and quality of the OC brackets. I painted them so they look factory and subtle. I chose not to make the tension poles self storing, and use them only when I have to tie down the awning. Having said all that, I like your set up and the look of the larger diameter pole. Where are you storing the poles when in transit and not in use?

It's fun making your own, I put pipe caps on the bottom of mine and use a hose clamp to make them infinitely adjustable

Pretty un level ground you got there!

take your pics with phone sideways not up and down and your pics will be normal.

If you do take pic with phone in portrait " up and down" you have to slightly crop photo for it to be in the correct position.

I couldn't them either, then, without having the opportunity to buy the tubing from a recycler.
