Bathroom Faucet Aerator

Hello,

Question please.

I am trying to clean the aerator on the bathroom faucet because it appears to be clogged. It does not seem as though this Aerator turns at all in order to remove it. However, I do notice that the aerator/faucet tip attachment pushes in and out.

Has anyone else experienced this or removed the bathroom faucet aerator?

Thanks!
kpm

Should unscrew. Probably need some pliers. Might want to line the jaws with some duct tape first to prevent scratching.

I thank you for your advice. It in deed needed pliers to get off. I also protected it's surface as I used the pliers.

This Aerator was on there pretty tight so I was a little careful and did not want to break anything.

After I took it off, closer inspection indicated that the faucet was clogged.

Problem Solved.

Thanks!

No problem. I think reporting back helps to "close out the case"
And help others that might be using the search feature to research similar problems.
