Battery Fuse?

The battery was charged and working at the start of our last trip and at the end it doesn't work at all. Is there a fuse or a reset for the battery?

Check to see if the battery master switch is fully engaged. It should be located under your propane tanks on the trailer tongue.

Are you dry camping or plugged into shore power? It would help forum members figure out what is causing the problem. It may be your battery is just died (I hope not)

I was plugged into 30amp at the campground for 3 days and was towed home for 2 hours. So I don't think the battery is dead.

There is a current limiter right next to the junction box that the umbilical goes into. That protects the battery from a short caused by cutting the umbilical from a variety of causes.

Sometimes plugging in or unplugging with the truck running (and the battery is low) can cause a surge that can trip that limiter open. You won't know this has happened when you are connected to shore power as the converter will provide all the 12 volt juice you need.

There is a little button on the short side of the limiter that can pop out and "open" the limiter. Just push it back in.

It may or may not have a red rubber cover.

There may be another one closer (within 18 inches or so) of the battery itself.

FYI 5th wheels are typically under the pin box, while travel trailers are mounted under the frame.
