Where is that reset switch under the camper?

Usually near the junction box where your 7-pin umbilical goes into and usually between the junction box and the start of the A-frame. But that's not written in stone. You have to look around.

Found it , but wasn't tripped. But fuse was out for the radio. Don't know if that would effect the battery charging

The radio fuse should not effect charging, but there are two high current fuses 30-40A in the dist panel that protect the battery from reverse polarity connections. They can occasionally blow if the battery is weak and you connect to shore power as the inrush of charging current can exceed their rated capacity. They are usually orange or brown.
