Thanks. Even still, it's great that they are installing a disconnect. This is the first time I've ever seen one standard on a hybrid.

yep, that's a great feature to have in a hybrid. wonder why this is the first i've heard of it.
must be a mid-season upgrade.

Ok folks, here is the answer you have all been waiting for......Push in to kill the power and pull out to energize the power. Ta Da.

In responce to those of you who have the kill switch down stream of your power slides and tongue...the obvious answer is that those two devises cannot be left in the on position and drain your battery. The power slide has an end of travel disconnect switch on the motor, so you can't slide the sucker right out on the ground... and the tongue has a similar devise to prevent the permanent wheelie.

Problem solved, thanks to everyone who had input, much appreciated.

I guess what we were discussing was whether or not slides and power jack work with switch in the off position?
