Forest River assembles trailers. They have a supplier that make these fans.

One of ours broke in first six months. And I thought I was being pretty careful...

I have used the small for my outdoor table mod, and I have a medium in use as a broom holder in the Roo. The medium would be just the right size for the bunk fan, but my plastic ones haven't broken... yet. I have extras in my toolkit [emoji53]

the clips on mine haven't broke yet but ive only had them out once, the fan sounds like what I imagine a freight train delivering a load if tornados sounds like so there pretty much unuseable for me, I like a little white noise when sleeping ,not a circlular saw running in my bunk

Hey Jeepguy
That is a very colorful description of the bunk end fans. I laughed out loud when I read it.
We switched over to an endless breeze fan and it is much quieter now. I has to wire up a 12v plug for the endless breeze first.

I laughed at that too. Those things are extremely loud considering they don't move all that much air. We use ours occasionally, but just for the bunk light when reading in bed. If reading on our phone or tablet then we don't use them at all. Our clips have never broke on the bunk fans but they mostly sit in a drawer. I did drop one a week after picking the camper up from the dealer. I cracked the lens on the light, but it still works.We do have a fan, but its cheap desk fan that plugs in to the 120V outlet similar to this;
The fan is much, much quieter and moves a lot more air.

I bought metal clips and replaced the broken plastic clips. Actually works much better.

I just read this to my wife and I thought she'd pass out she was laughing so hard!
Our old popup, I purchased new ones, with metal clips and they worked fine. I'll take the recommendation to just go to a small circular fan and 120V.
Best Regards!

Went to rubber
We had the same problem with the light clips on our Roo. After looking around I found some rubber clips on Amazon. These are like you would use on a boat to hold a pole, etc. They don't break, hold well and don't scratch. Now how to quiet the fan down.
