Had the same thing happen to ours...all 3 of them broke...tried to get just the plastic bracket thru warranty they instead replaced all 3 lights...so stupid the way they do things...and such cheap products...I had similar lights in my pop up for years...only thing I changed was the bulb

Did you have to go through the dealer for the warranty?

That's crazy.
Ours are still like new, after almost 11 years.
None of the clips ever broke.

I just used the same screw that held the bracket and added a small washer.

From the number of complaints on this it looks as though they never tested them at the factory before deciding to use that the cheep plastic they use. I am amazed at how far plastics have come in the last 50 years had just how good they can be, it's too bad Forest River did not use some of the newer, better plastic on these clips or better yet used metal. Thanks for the tip on how to fix them, mine will go back to the dealer today and when they will no longer warrantee them then I will use your Velcro fix.

FR doesn't make them.
They come from a company that supplies them to manufacturers of popups and hybrids.

Tis true FR does not make them, however, they should spec them out to a batter standard and throughly test them before they start supplying them with their trailers.

Well, mine are 11 years old and still work perfectly and none of the plastic clips ever broke.
Having been on numerous Hybrid forums, for 13 years, broken clips are a rare thing.
Bad diodes were a much more common issue.

Same here,
We had two with our previous Travelstar (lights only, no fan)and we never used them....there in my shed.
We now have two with our Roo that will probably end up on Craigslist. No need for them.

Well ...camping over the weekend we had another bracket crack off...I had already gotten new lights because the first set broke so I was careful to not do it again....I guess not careful enough...I'm sure you're (bikendan)not lying about not breaking them, but these brand new ones are crap...gonna do the metal bracket mod or Velcro now...don't want to deal with the warranty people again...but I will let them know!

Oh and by the way we had another thing break on my 2017 233s shamrock...the hot water handle in the sink...I'll start another thread about that...brand new and I'm already fixing things...window crank...sink handle...brackets for lights...drawers flying out while traveling (empty)..what did I get myself into...life was so much easier with my pop up...and better made!

I've broken 4 clips. Contacted the seller and after three cordial emails and pictures, was informed that they don't carry any replacement clips. She did give me a link to buy new light/fans. lol. I'm now going to try alternatives given here, either hook and loop or metal clips.
