Beds
Getting ready to winterize, should I leave beds attached to ends and let them hang or take them off and put them on the section where the table folds down to a bed?

Good question and (to be honest) I've not thought of it. I leave the mattresses attached.

I'm thinking of leaving them down, just so I know there is nothing is obstructing the seals, can't swing a cover right now :/

You can never be too safe. I was just at my dealership the other day seeing the progress they were making on my brand new trailer which has has major leaking issues. While I was there I was walking around and noticed another hybrid which was there for winterizing and I could slide my hand in the bunk door and the roof vent was left open. Oh did I mention we just had a massive rain storm. You can never be too safe

I take mine out less Pressure on the door seal the better

We take ours out every time we close up the bed doors. Most hybrids don't leak past the bed door seals (if you tuck in the canvas properly), but unfortunately our Roo did. It's been repaired since but we've gotten in the habit of moving the mattresses to the dinette for piece of mind.

Does that give you more room for the canvas to lay in...

We have the older style canvas with snaps and bungees. We remove the mattress, snap the canvas to the bed doors where the mattress would normally attach at the top of the door, and then fold everything in when closing the doors. It's easier to get the canvas tucked in and away from the edge seals without the mattress on the door.

I have the newer style which Is all attached I took the mattresses off and put the doors up and made sure all canvas was no where near the seals, I checked with light from the outside at night , I also washed and treated all seals prior to closing they are all definately closed and sealed up I may still get a cover hope fully first week of November

Some of the winterization videos tell you to leave a side window open a tiny bit and leave the roof vent open for air circulation , although I will not be using this method
