Won't work with a WDH.
Can't handle the weights and torsion.
such a device has been discussed many times in the Towing section.

check this link, wouldn't one of these work well; double receiver hitch.

Trailering will be new to me so looking for comments. Just haven't seen this discussed.

from the same page

Please Note: Designed for flat towing only. Do not use to tow a trailer or tow dolly

oops, guess I should have read further.
The dealer, though may be incorrect, suggested there are similar receivers suitable for towing. Actually two dealers made the same suggestion.
Guess not from what I'm hearing here.
I'll pursue this further with the dealer when I pick up my trailer and post if anything new.

Even though anyone would think opposite the dealer isn't always right. Even if they offer something that they is compatible, do your own research.

You would hope that they would give the best solution but, it doesn't always happen.

Also, there should be a sticker on the bumper, that says any mods to the bumper or frame, will void the frame's warranty.
So add a rack or receiver, if you don't care about a warranty or if it's used and the warranty has already expired.

Does that mean you can't even add a stromberg or an arvika over the propane tanks rack?

Spoke to e-trailer, the stromberg bike bunk can only hold 100# so with our 20# rack and 3 adult bikes we are probably over capacity. Arvika is nice, but if my son's adult bike is the fourth bike, I have to put it 'inside' anyway. I'm looking at the ideas for inside mounts. If it goes on the table, we may not be able to use the table for travel lunch. I'm thinking the floor space in front of the bath would be a good place to custom fit a board for fork mounts. I just want to access the bath door.
