Front and rear complete ends are on a truck to repair my leaky Roo. I looked at 15 2013 Roo's today and my ends look nothing like what the dealer has in stock. FR knows they have a problem they even replaced the not leaking end. I was also given FR contact to share findings and hopefully share ideas from my findings. Dealers Roos were much cleaner and not as tight in how canvas was attached. All I can do is wait for the repairs.

We had a hybrid for almost 5 years, and never had an issues with water intrusion while the camper was setup. However, on our camper the canvas pulled over the bunk end and secured by a bungee on the bottom side. The new design seems like a water problem waiting to happen.

We did have significant issues while the camper was in tow. I had to add extra gasket material to the bunk ends and tighten down the latches to get a good seal. After that, no more issues. And I would recommend putting down some type of absorbent fabric between the mattress and the bunk end, as moisture traps in this area and will cause significant problems down the road.

I'm currently working with FR customer service on a resolution and they are doing all the correct things for awesome customer service. The only problem is losing our trailer for rest of season and we have booked camping trips. We will see what they do to make me very happy.

Please post pics of what the new replaced tent ends look like. You stated they look different so I'm interested to see how. I have a '12 with same ends as you are having trouble with. So far I haven't had any leaks other than the normal seam drips while curing, and I've been in a few very heavy rains with it. Thanks

Well new ends are on and we will wait for a rain to seal threads then we will see. So far only difference is the tenting is not as tight. As for all other people having issues with FR warranty taking pictures and videos and sending to your dealer and FR gets results. I made FR come to my dealer and replace bed ends instead of FR taking trailer back to Indiana. I talked with owner of dealership and it's the first time it has ever happened FR has come to that dealership for warranty work. P.S. venting on FR Forums helped negative publicity.

Why wait for rain to seal the threads. Get the hose out & spray it down. That way you'll know for sure.
