Bunk ends canvas attachment...

My wife and I are getting ready to upgrade from a PU to hybrid, and really like the Roo 233S. The only advantage that the Jayco X23F has over the Roo (from what we see, anyway) is that the bunk end canvas is permanently attached compared to the Roo's needing to be snapped/bungied. We would appreciate opinions related to how you like the attachment of the bunk end canvas (good and/or bad) on your Roo.

Thanks!

Same here. The snaps take like 15 seconds to deal with both putting up and taking down.

We looked closely at the Jaycos when we were searching. To me there's a lot more differences (in the Roos favor) to be considered besides the canvas snaps.

Dlhoppe, that is what we are finding also. Thanks for the info, it is definitely confirming that we like the Roo better.

We hope wea are not late on our response.

We do see a little issue on the loose canvas. The extension bar is out to the last notch, but the snap ends seem loose. The bungie cords keep the sides snug, but the ends never seem to be snug. It's like the snaps are to close to the edge of the door. I can put my hand out and feel the wind coming in. I will like FR come's up with a fix like a belt-crow skirt to tie down like they did on the side.

Have a look at the Dutchmen Kodiak. I used to own one and also done the same research and found the Kodiak to be best of breed.
