Ok I am lost on this one. We have the 3 bunk fans in our unit. The rear 2 bunks that the kids occupy work fine. The front bunk, ours of course, doesn't.
When we plug the fan in, it is in reverse. Meaning the air blows out the back (top) of the unit...up towards the canvas. We have tried 6 difference fans and they work properly on the back bunks (blowing down) but they all blow up on the front bunk.
Taking a video for the service department while we are going to be out this weekend but wondering if anyone had any ideas....
if no fans turns the right way in the front bunks, yet they work fine in the rear bunks, I'd say something is mis-wired for polarity? If it's just a particular fan, i'd say the fan is mis-wired.

if these are 12v fans, which I'm thinking they are, i'd turn off 12 v power and pull the recepticles out and reverse the wires. Realizing it's new and your dealer should take care of it, but if it's simple, it might be fun to do it yourself.
good luck

Agree about the wiring. I could see how a mistake like this could be done incorrectly by a factory tech working fast. It should be easy to fix; either you or the dealer just need to rewire the front receptacle.

I had the same issue with my 23B Roo. Take the front jack apart and switch the black and white wires. Someone at the factory is getting confused because usually the black wire goes to the negative terminal, but for some reason they wire these trailers with the Black wire going to what is considered the positive, center portion of the jack. Mine work fine now.
Sounds like someone wanted to get home on Friday and wired that bunk backwards. Easy fix.

Hey, how do you know that it isn't the OTHER 2 fans that are backwards? I don't think the fans say anything on them on which way they're supposed to blow. When it's hot out, I'd want the fan to blow cool outside air into the center of the trailer. When it's cold outside, I'd want it blow warmer air from the center of the trailer into the bunk ends.
