Bunk Screen Repair

Two years ago, mice got into my camper over the winter. They chewed a small hold in the canvas of the front bunk end of my Roo 233. I patched that up with a repair kit. They also made a quarter sized hole in the screen. My side bunk has a dime sized hold where some insect that got trapped in there during fold-up chomped it up.

On a past pop-up, I used that tape stuff to repair a hole in the screen. I hate that stuff. It looks horrible and doesn't stick well.

What are my best, cleanest option for fixing these holes? I've put off this repair for over a year because I don't want it to look awful!

Might try to get some matching or close to matching screen wire from Lowes or HD and cut a small patch and using a string from the screen wire, "sew" it in. Would be laborious and time consuming, but would be a little better than tape.
