Hi Crunchman.
Made it myself.
Took about an hour to make and 6 days to stain and seal. LOL
Will be hung from either a tree or a stand I have.

Yes, used a Small router. Wood is Poplar and not pine. Stained and 5 coats of poly.

Yes. Sold the pop up since the DW fell in love with IKSS.
It's a great unit and very happy with it.

I found myself very close to buying the 23IKISS also. I got a little bit scared when I looked up at how big it was. I was not convinced I would feel confident towing it with what I intend to own for TV's. I like a mid size SUV for a personal auto and felt the pop up was a better match for what we own and will continue to own.
You have a great unit. Everything about it is a winner. I am sure FR is selling loads of them.

Love the sign. All I've used my router for is trimming laminate when I re-did my home kitchen countertops. Did you use stencils or freehand?

I happen to do it freehand only because I've done it before, but you can easily use a stencil.
Here's a tip. Print any font you want from a printer.
Use either letter or legal size paper, depending on size.
Print it landscape mode.
Then trace the font onto the wood and router it.
If you've used a router before, you can make it.
Perhaps even better than mine.
Go for it.
