Clear Door Slide, Amerimax

I need a new screen door slide for my 233s. As you know, it is the clear Amerimax. The only clear one I can find shopping online is by Camco. Has anyone purchased the Camco, and did it come in the correct dimensions? I cannot seem to find a clear Amerimax...??

Well, I found the only translucent Amerimax slide from Rv Plus. The Camco brand seemed to only have measurement of 11 1/2... The Amerimax is 11 7/8... I'll update this when I get it.

Made My Own

Well, I received the Amerimax, translucent, and did not like it...pictured below; and realized I would have I to install a "stop" to make that one work with my door. I finally figured I'd make my own...took me a while to come up with a handle. I would have rather used something else besides wood, but it was all I had handy.

I went to a local glass business, and he cut me a sheet of plexi... not sure how it will hold up; only a summer with the kids will tell.

Yes, I've seen the screen slides... I might look into doing that for future replacement.
