Bubbles X2. I would be concerned with them messing up your valve.

And I though Geese Police were bad... No NY will need a new division of Ant Police. I can see the protests now since they are profiling fire ants...

LOL! And here I thought I was asking a simple, if not somewhat dumb question.

Since I need to wash out the press, is it OK to dump the grounds and rinse it into the toilet/black water tank or gray water tank?

Yep, another dumb question.
I think this falls under the same reason that the (RV Industry) does NOT offer a (Garbage Disposal) in their units! Youroo!!

Throwing any Food Product (such as Coffee Grounds) is Against Regulations in ANY Federal Campground as well as most State Parks. In fact, even if you are Dispersed Camping/Boondocking in the Backwoods along some Forest Service or BLM Road, you are expected to only Dump/Release STRAINED GREY WATER.

Think about it...
If you are camping in a Permanent Campground - whether Public or Private - there are going to be Hundreds of Folks Sharing the Same Spot over the course of a Year. If even a fraction of all those Campers did as you propose - toss Used Coffee Grounds around the Camp Site - rather soon everyone would be walking on a layer of Coffee or there'd be 4ft tall Mounds of Grounds at the Back of the Site.

If you're concerned about Not Putting those Grounds in your Regular Garbage (which EVERYONE Generates) and tossing that (when Full) into the Campground Trash Cans, but rather wish to do something Biodegradeable with them:
Strain Them
Dump them into a Designated Container - a Reusable Plastic Coffee Can seems appropriate - and Seal the Lid of that Container
Take Them Home
Use them in your own Compost Pile
