Condensation at bathroom vent

Help! On our first maiden voyage of our 2016 Rockwood Roo 233s - we have noticed condensation (drips) coming from the bathroom exhaust fan. The fan is not open or running but the AC is. Is this something to be concerned with?

The outside is hotter than the inside, hence, condensation. The AC pulls the moisture out of the main living area. Put a full size vent cover over the bath vent to allow 'breathing and air flow' and leave the crank down cover open to have a little air circulation. The condensation will evaporate. The bathroom area tends to 'hold' a lot more moisture and this will help dry the bathroom out with air movement.

in a hybrid, it ALWAYS a good idea to allow for air movement, even with a/c.

and remember, at night while sleeping, crack a vent and tent window open to help prevent condensation in the tent ends. but make sure you have PUGs or the equivalent 5x7 sportsmen/all-weather blankets on the tops of the tent ends.
they help the most with condensation.

MY BET IS AS FOLLOWS......

Speaking from experience, MY 233S the curb side roof duct for the AC is COMPLETELY OPEN behind the plastic trim piece that finishes that roof vent out in the bathroom. It's 4 screws that hold that up there, take them out and the plastic trim square that dresses your ceiling into the vent opening will slide right out. When you do this, styrofoam will snow down onto you like crazy (this is normal from poor cleanup at factory) so wear safety glasses. With that trim piece out, look at the profile of the roof and forward, you will see styrofoam sandwiched between thin plywood and a NICE OPEN DUCT that ice cold AC air is blowing straight out of! This AC duct can be plugged up with a piece of styrofoam you cut and fill in there just to stop cold air from blowing against a 1/8" thick piece of plastic right next to your warm roof vent!

I haven't documented my repair for this issue yet, but I bought a new AC roof vent (the circle shaped one) from FR and plan to install it into the bathroom ceiling and also plug up that opening to the roof vent area. When I do this, I will upload pitcures and post a new thread so keep your eyes open late fall when I do the work...I refuse to work it in the Florida Humid Summer because I end up sweating all over my work area!
