Considering purchase of 2007 M17 Hybrid

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the forum. I am considering the purchase of a 2007 Rockwood Roo M17 Hybrid; and was hoping to get some information from anyone about what I should look out for before I part with my money. The seller is asking $5000, which seems like a very good deal. It appears to be in great condition. I'd appreciate any info you can give me. Thanks!

that's a good price but sounds like a private dealer.

closely inspect in and around the bunk areas, especially the door seals and the hinge area. the hinge area on the bunk frame is the most likely place for water damage including the sill and where the bunk door attaches to the hinge.
check under the hinge sill area.

check for tears in the canvas at the attachment areas.

lastly, why do you want a hybrid, have you ever owned a popup and what will you be towing with?
