Item No. Description
49123 ADCO Travel Trailer Designer Tyvek RV Cover - 20'1" - 22'

This is the exact one I bough from camping world and it fits my 2013 nicely. It has straps that go underneath the trailer to keep it from shifting and blowing up and the leanth of the cover fits perfectly. Check and make sure the size of the trailer does not differ from the 2013 charts and otherwise it should be fine. You can also call camping world and verify this cover will still work on the 2016 or if there is a better size.

The 24' 8" probably includes the tongue. You want the box size which the 20 1/2-22 will fit just right.

I measure my unit today , I got exactly 22.5 feet including bumper and spare tire. So it falls right in between. Does anyone have a picture of the smaller cover on their unit?

It's right at 21 feet to the front corner where the lower front strap is in the front photo. I was worried more about the height of the cover with the addition of the front ultra breeze vent cover, but it fits well. I've had the cover since last fall, ended up storing her inside a warehouse over the winter, so we didn't use it then.
I've had it on about a month now, wanted to see how well it keeps it clean. I was surprised how easy it went on for the first time. Camping/ fishing trip next week, so I'll know how easy (or difficult) it is to take back off.
Not sure how different the box size for the TT's in the "23" series may be though.
