If the dealer ordered the parts as part of an agreed upon repair; then yes, they install them and if under warranty, FR pays the dealer the contracted labor rate.

If you ordered the parts yourself at the dealer's parts counter, then you get to decide who installs them; your dealer's back shop, your own mechanic, or yourself.


But don't expect to get the parts if the back shop ordered them as part of an agreed upon service.
