Do stick down tiles stay? Flooring

I need to replace cracked vinyl flooring. two questions
1.Will sticky back tiles stay for the long haul?
2. Will laminate flooring hold up to the moisture issues in trailers? We live in Minnesota.

The sticky back tile will not hold up for the long haul - don't waste your money!
Laminate flooring will work if properly installed.

Depends on the underlayment. We have it in our B&S master bath and it's been down for over 10 yrs and it still looks brand new.

You could always glue them down then they would stay put.

stick down can work for long hall if installed properly. Make sure deck is clean if needed sand a little to rough it up a bit. then use a top quality floor adhesive with a lot of tack. then install tiles. I did this on my last toy hauler in the kitchen with a slide out over it and it was great for the next 5 years that I owned it. Even with a slide out rolling across it. They never slipped or moved.

I do floor installs I would not use it that flooring is a quick fix but not for long the laminate is good if it stays dry if water gets on it and not cleaned up the flooring will separate no matter how you install it just my 2 cents

Thanks for the input, Does someone make a vinyl/plastic clip together product like laminate that resists moisture?

Check out the Allure brands, i believe Home Depot carry,s it. I have done 2 trailers with the Allure and it is very durable and easy to install, Been down for 6 years and counting.
It more of a floating floor. Does not stick down to the existing floor,

Has anyone installed a vinyl plank flooring in a northern climate like minnesota?

they don't hold up very well in the upstate new your very well salt and bitter could haven seen one yet that lasted more than a year the ones you get from home depo that are rated for high traffic areas hold up great but then you deal with a higher price I went with the higher price been down 5 years now
