Either the bar to snap chains or the handle to my floor jack has a notch . B. The Curt ad shows the hand grip but my new Curt hitch came with just a piece of pipe. No grip.

Just to clarify, you still need to raise the tongue to remove the pressure on the chains. This tool is not used to remove the links under pressure. You might want to get your dealer to take you through the process again if you are not clear on it. There is a lot of pressure here.

Yup, its the bar that helps you hook up the chain on your weight distribution hitch. Looks identical to mine. Also, highly recommend the Pop Up Gizmos (PopupGizmos). Many great reasons. Heat from the sun out, tree debris from sticking to you tent canvas, etc.

Looks like a really nice cheater bar to me. Agreed about raising the tongue jack up will take off tension and make raising or lowering the saddle bar hooks easier to do.
Great choice for "Living within my means" and camping for one...
