I'm pretty sure that it's that way so it's level when you're sleeping on it.

Put a couple of bodies on it and see.
It may need cable adjustment.

UROCAV, We just happen to be set-up in the driveway getting ready for this weekend. I can tell you on my 2015 23ss neither bunk is angled, They are pretty darn close to dead nuts level.

Doors not level

I just checked my 2014 233s. Bunks are level when the camper is level. I'd guess it's a cable issue. Mine don't seem to be adjustable.

Dealer just installed both side and rear doors. They have to replace them again due to being damaged, thus the third time, hopefully the new doors will sit level. They were trying to play the game that they are suppose to be like that and when you put weight on them the even out, I put 400lbs on it and it didn't budge. Does anyone know how to adjust cables? Not a big deal though because they are installing both new doors again. They keep putting damaged replacements on my unit.

I have one of each. Front door slopes down (from hinge) rear door slopes up.
